FAQ
Common DOCS questions.
Does DOCS make my organization compliant?
No. Compliance depends on your agreements, configuration, policies, and operations. DOCS provides governed collaboration controls and evidence that can support your program.
Where is my data stored?
Customer data is hosted in the United States. Tenant-scoped encryption keys and tenant isolation keep organizations separate and prevent routine operator access to tenant content.
Can IRONKEEP staff read my documents?
No. Zero operator access to tenant content is enforced by explicit deny rules on decrypt operations. IRONKEEP staff cannot read decrypted tenant content, run tenant decrypt operations, create product users, or generate tenant search tokens.
Do documents leave the boundary when I share them?
No. Sharing happens inside IRONKEEP with view, comment, and edit access. Documents stay in the boundary unless you export them.
Does version history cover every document?
Yes. See earlier versions of any document, spreadsheet, or presentation and restore them when needed.
