Does MAIL make my organization compliant?
No. Compliance depends on your agreements, configuration, policies, and operations. MAIL provides governed email controls and evidence that can support your program.
Where is my data stored?
Customer data is hosted in the United States. Tenant-scoped encryption keys and tenant isolation keep organizations separate and prevent routine operator access to tenant content.
Can IRONKEEP staff read my email?
No. Zero operator access to tenant content is enforced by explicit deny rules on decrypt operations. IRONKEEP staff cannot read decrypted tenant content, run tenant decrypt operations, create product users, or generate tenant search tokens.
How does migration work?
MAIL supports standard mailbox imports and guided migration for domains, mailboxes, calendars, and contacts. Timing depends on the source environment and agreed pilot scope.
Does MAIL include calendar and contacts?
Yes. Shared calendars, meeting invitations with RSVP, free/busy lookup, and contacts with encrypted search ship with MAIL.
