Which products does each plan include?

Free includes MAIL, DRIVE, calendar, contacts, and limited MEETINGS for one user. Starter adds organization administration, custom-domain MAIL, team sharing, CHAT, and MEETINGS. Business and Scale also include DOCS and regulated controls. ENTERPRISE is available by custom contract.

How is IRONKEEP different from Microsoft GCC High?

GCC High can work well for large Microsoft environments, but it often comes with heavier procurement and migration work. IRONKEEP gives smaller regulated teams a direct path to secure mail, files, docs, and chat.

Is IRONKEEP FedRAMP authorized?

FedRAMP authorization is not signed. IRONKEEP is building toward a FedRAMP Moderate path and will publish formal status updates as assessment milestones are completed.

Can IRONKEEP replace Microsoft GCC High entirely?

For mail, files, docs, and chat, IRONKEEP is designed as a single-suite alternative. Some teams may keep specialized apps during migration.

What counts as a user for billing?

A user is a person with an IRONKEEP account in your organization. Deprovisioned users are not billed. Groups and aliases do not count as users.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You own your data. You can export email, calendar, contacts, files, and docs before cancellation is completed. After the export window closes, data is deleted.

Can I import mail and files from my current provider?

Yes. IRONKEEP supports standard mailbox and file imports. Support can help with migrations from GCC High, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or other providers.
