Which products does each plan include?

Free includes MAIL, DRIVE, calendar, contacts, and limited MEETINGS for one user. Starter adds organization administration, custom-domain MAIL, team sharing, CHAT, and MEETINGS. Business and Scale also include DOCS and regulated controls. ENTERPRISE is available by custom contract.

Do healthcare and defense teams use the same plans?

Yes. The product packaging is shared. During onboarding, healthcare teams can scope ePHI workflows and a BAA where required, while defense teams can scope CUI workflows and supporting evidence.

Is IRONKEEP FedRAMP authorized?

No. IRONKEEP is pursuing FedRAMP authorization but is not currently authorized. We state current authorization and assessment status directly rather than treating planned work as completed assurance.

Can IRONKEEP replace an existing workspace entirely?

IRONKEEP is designed to bring mail, files, docs, chat, and meetings into one governed suite. Specialized systems such as EHRs, engineering tools, or line-of-business applications may remain alongside it.

What counts as a user for billing?

A user is a person with an IRONKEEP account in your organization. Deprovisioned users are not billed. Groups and aliases do not count as users.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You own your data. You can export email, calendar, contacts, files, and docs before cancellation is completed. After the export window closes, data is deleted.

Can I import mail and files from my current provider?

Yes. IRONKEEP supports standard mailbox and file imports. Support can help with migrations from GCC High, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or other providers.
