IRONKEEP Subprocessors

1. Introduction

This document (the “Subprocessor List”) identifies the third parties that DatumWard Technologies, LLC (“IRONKEEP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) engages to process Customer Data in connection with IRONKEEP MAIL, IRONKEEP DRIVE, IRONKEEP DOCS, IRONKEEP CHAT, IRONKEEP MEETINGS, and the shared platform controls (the “Services”), including during private beta and pilot programs.

A “Subprocessor” is a third party engaged by IRONKEEP to process Customer Data on its behalf. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the IRONKEEP Data Processing Addendum.

We require each Subprocessor to protect Customer Data and limit its processing to the services it provides to IRONKEEP, as described in the DPA.

Notice of changes and right to object. IRONKEEP may add, replace, or remove Subprocessors from time to time. When IRONKEEP adds or replaces a Subprocessor, it will update this Subprocessor List and provide notice in the manner and within the timeframe described in the DPA. Customers entitled to object to a new Subprocessor may do so on the terms set out in the DPA, including any associated remedies. Please refer to the DPA at IRONKEEP Data Processing Addendum for the controlling notification mechanism, objection procedure, and remedies.

2. Current Subprocessors

The following are the Subprocessors IRONKEEP engages to process Customer Data and, where indicated, Account Data, to provide the Services.

3. Customer-Controlled Services That Are Not Subprocessors

  • Customer identity, authentication, and user-provisioning services are configured and controlled by the Customer, not IRONKEEP.

4. No Third-Party Advertising, Analytics, or Telemetry in the Application

IRONKEEP does not use third-party advertising, analytics, or telemetry providers within the Services (the IRONKEEP application). The Subprocessors listed in Section 2 are the only third parties engaged to process Customer Data in connection with the Services. (Any cookie use on a separate marketing website is addressed in the IRONKEEP Privacy Policy at IRONKEEP Privacy Policy and does not apply to the application.)

5. Changes to This List

Last Updated: September 4, 2026.

IRONKEEP will keep this Subprocessor List current and will update it when it adds or replaces a Subprocessor. Notice of changes, the period within which notice is provided, and the Customer’s right to object are governed by the DPA at IRONKEEP Data Processing Addendum, which incorporates this Subprocessor List as its subprocessor annex. This Subprocessor List is also referenced by the IRONKEEP Privacy Policy at IRONKEEP Privacy Policy.

In addition to the DPA-governed mechanism, Customers may request to be notified of changes to this Subprocessor List by contacting security@ironkeep.us. The DPA remains the controlling source for notification timing, objection rights, and remedies.
